White screen on site migration

I just completed a site on my server in a subdirectory. Everything went smoothly, however, when I migrated it to my client's server, I got a white screen.

I checked the error logs and there isn't anything in there from today. I did upload a phpinfo file to make sure the server was reading php files and it is -http://www.truadvertisingllc.com/tru/phpinfo.php... -

I've checked permissions - everything checked out - and emptied the cache files.

This is the first time I've ever run into this issue and have no idea what to do next.

Any suggestions?

Is your .htaccess file correct?

The .htaccess that was generated by my server was with the upload, but just in case there was an issue, I got rid of it. I also ditched the php.ini file.

I tried a fresh install of Concrete in another directory by downloading the zip folder, uploading that zip folder, extracting and navigating to it. I did not get an install screen.

I'm trying to install on a Plesk system if that makes any difference. I've never had any issues with Plesk before, so I'm not sure what the issue is.

Driving me nuts!
