We, Usagi Project, have worked for a lot of issues mainly for internationalization issue...

And we have put together a bunch of patch and submit here as DIFF file.

- More W3C Compliance
- Many message strings were not wrapped with t() for gettext
- /concrete/controllers/install.php to be more multilanguage friendly
- Translation for new sample data
- Multi Uploader translation
- Attribute translations
- Profile/Member List translations
