An unexpected error occurred. Call to a member function getCollectionID() on boolean

Hi,
im in 5.7.5.2 version. I built the english version and all is ok.
First i try to copy the english home page but it doesn't work so i copy in a new blank page all the content block by block.
Then i configure in the multilingual section the new page is the spanish home page and i get this message error:
An unexpected error occurred.
Call to a member function getCollectionID() on boolean

Please help!

I can see the page normal but if i define it like the parent page in the multilingual section i get the message error.
I add japanise and the same error. I don't understand it.

Did you try to clear the Global Areas? That`s a common problem with Multilanguage.

Hi Felix, what do you mean by clearing the Global Areas? I have set a parent page to make my site Multilingual, but now I keep getting this error:

Call to a member function getCollectionID() on boolean
