I am getting "An unexpected error occurred."

When I go to my websitehttp://www.oncalldjservice.com, I am getting this error:
An unexpected error occurred.
Symfony\Component\ClassLoader\MapClassLoader::loadClass(): Failed opening required '/home2/oncalldj/public_html/packages/michaelg_power_slider_lite/controller.php' (include_path='/home2/oncalldj/public_html/concrete/vendor:.:/usr/php/56/usr/lib64:/usr/php/56/usr/share/pear')

I have hosting through bluehost, and they told me it was something to do with concrete5. So i am here trying to find help. From what I am reading this is an old add-on that was from a previous version of the website. I have gone through and deleted these add-ons when my website was working, and have gone into the back end and removed their tmp files. I am unsure what to do now except uninstall concrete5 and start fresh, which is what I do not want to do.

If anyone can please help it would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you

Did you uninstall the add-ons using the c5 dashboard, or simply delete their files?

I uninstalled them through c5 dashboard, and then a few weeks later after this problem started happening I deleted the rest of the files through the back end.

You should try to re upload the michaelg_power_slider_lite package

I cannot login to my website to do that, unless you know of another way.

What about uploading the package via FTP or using the control panel of your provider?

I could do that, but I would need to get the file from the c5 website and upload it to there. I thought the only way you could install add-ons was by being logged into your website, and uploading it from there. Am I wrong?

Ok, so I figured out how to upload the files that were missing on the back end, but now I am getting this error:

Class Concrete\Core\Permission\Key\AccessUserSearchUserKey does not exist

To me it seems that it is talking about the login info?
