Sitewide blocks disappearing upon multilingual mapping

With 5.7.5.13, when I define a new multilingual content section using a parent page that contains sitewide blocks (e.g. language selector), these blocks disappear and refuse to be added (again):
Once the multilingual content section (mapping) is deleted, the sitewide blocks reappear!
Have you seen this?
call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, class 'Concrete\Core\Permission\Key\AddBlockBlockTypeKey' does not have a method 'canAddBlock'
