Trouble adding Google Adsense link

I need to put a code into the <head></head> tags of the website, I'm pretty sure it belongs in the "Extra Header Content" section, but when I try to save it, I get this error:
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /index.php/ccm/system/panels/details/page/seo/submit on this server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
it does this with anything I type. Am I putting it in the wrong place? I would really like some ads on my site (or anything in the <head> tag for that matter)
