where I can find .po file from 5.4 version?

I would like to translate the latest version, but I don't know where to get the current .po file.
Could you help me?

Grab the .po for your language from here:
http://svn.concrete5.org/svn/concrete5-i18n/...
or the template from here:
http://svn.concrete5.org/svn/concrete5-i18n/templates/trunk/...

Thanks, I was looking for a template, because my language (polish) is not translate in current version.
Now I can start translating :)

A naive question: I only see in the branches for es-ES the version 5.3.2. I this the .po file that I need to use to update the Spanish translation to 5.4 or am I missing something?
