Add-on install not working after moving website to production URL

We "Extended C5" in our development environment ( and were able to install add-ons through the C5 admin CMS. Once we moved the site to production and access the admin through we again "Extended C5" in the admin settings and received a Project link URL. Seemed that the site synced with the existing account but when trying to install an add-on the site times out.

Are there additional settings that I need to configure on the C5 website with my account? We could manually install the add-on directory but I would prefer to get C5 working like it's advertised.

Any help would be appreciated. We launch tonight at midnight.

Does the /packages directory have the correct rights (so is it writable)? Same goes for /application/files and it's subdirectories and /application/config.
