Apache/Bitnami/AWS specialist to configure my Bitnami hosted website to Improve Server Response Time

Currently my Bitnami hosted Concrete 5 CMS Ver 5.6.3 website taking 0.59 second to respond on a AWS M3 Medium server, need someone knowledgeable to reduce it down to Google recommended less than 200ms.

are you using nginx or apache?

This is something I could help with and generally get it done within a day. Do you have a staging server or staging folder setup? Is the site live?
