You deleted the project on the project page of your concrete5 profile?
That should release the licensing to you.

If you deleted your profile, that might be the case, then you will have to reestablish another.

Yes i deleted this page on my concrete 5 profile. But before that i downgroaded version of my concrete from 5.6.3 to 5.6.21 i have done this by deleting all files on my server and put the 5.6.21 files again on the server and install all again. I still see a link at details in license page in my profile

You will have to reconnect the site to assign the licensing back to it. Reconnecting the site should create a new project for you. Then you can add the licensing back to the project from your projects page in your profile.

I reconnected and i had still that problem. The link in license/details is not same as the link to my reconnected page. I think that i have a big problem. Can i ask someone of the developers from Concrete 5 to help me ?

If you intended to remove the addons from the site, then go to the file entitled "packages" and remove them from there. That should allow you to login, connect the site, and then re-install the assigned licensing.

Now its there.

Okay so in your Site go to -> Dashboard -> Extend Concrete5 -> Install

You need to connect to your profile thru that interface.Try that to see if it helps you out.

Then you should be able to reassign the licensing in the concrete5 Account project profile.

Then if it still fails, read this and follow the steps there:http://www.concrete5.org/documentation/how-tos/editors/reconnect-to...

I had this happens once to me as well.

This worked great!

NOTE: be very careful in the phpMyAdmin table...one wrong move and it will be a huge mess so make sure you are in the right area.
