Charity website is down

Permalink 1 user found helpful
We are a small charity in London, helping kids and their families get out of poverty. A very helpful "big" design agency helped us about 5 years ago to build a new website, built on Concrete 5. They provided all the set up and covered the hosting costs etc.
We no longer have a relationship with the agency and our site has gone down. Currently saying that 'concrete 5 has encountered an issue' and mySQL won't connect with the server.
We use the site to help book in training for kids and parents and we really want to get it back up and running soon. Understand if need to cover time to resolve this.
Anyone that can offer any advice most appreciated. website is
