Concrete5 developer needed for theme customization

I'm trying to finish a theme we set up for a client and we're having difficulty with some formatting and styling issues..

I need for this sitehttp://192.185.83.244/~oasis/ to look exactly like this screenshot.. (http://www.agenity.com/oasis). IE: The slideshow needs to be wider than the rest of the page, the logo needs to float over the slideshow without it messing up the responsive design, and I need to get rid of the /'s inbetween the navigational links..

If I am understanding this correctly you need the lower two rows of info to be pulled in a little more. Is that correct?
