I need to create a dashboard which will be displayed on a large touch screen and located in a school lobby. It needs the following pages:

• Lunch Menus (static)
• Phone Lists (static)
• Describing building (static with links). This will display the school floor plan, when the user clicks on specific areas, either a popup or a new page will describe the area. I will provide the artwork and content. Current weather data to be displayed on this page via API to NOAA’s site.
• Calendar showing events
• News Messaging. Just some sort of RSS feed display.
• Page rotator. Just rotate a couple of photos.
• Energy Calculator for three items (i.e. if lights are on for 4 hours, how much energy is used?). Ignore this one for now.
• Real time energy use. This will just be a page with an iframe that points to a URL, and I will deal with all content available from the URL.
