Discount Code not working
The process is as follows:
The customer goes to my website, fills out a form to sign up for an event, enters a code (which I can see in the dashboard) and should be allowed to register without providing credit card information.
However, the discount code is not being recognized and still prompting the customer for card information (and not giving the discount).
When a customer DOES NOT enter the code, and enters credit card details, the order goes through as it should. This is through Paypal and all is well.
I do not know how to access the properties of the discount code, it appears they were set up as a custom feature.
I'm unsure which other information to provide.
