I am seeking help with developing an enhancement to concrete5 forms. This task is to develop an export to Word feature in concrete5 form results. This is similar to the export to Excel feature that currently exists, however this will entail exporting form data to a Word (docx) file with the format of the attached file (note that images are not included in this sample export file). All submitted form records will be exported when the tool is run.

This task does not require the form itself to be developed. That has already been completed.
