Fix my blog functionality please :)

I need help with 1 area of my site:www.www.physiyogastrath.com.au/blog...

My Blog hasn't ever properly functioned: I have been able to create new categories for the blog, but never been able to apply them to the content.

I have had Concrete5 updates run by a developer, but they are not really familiar with Concrete5, and the blog needs to be redone.

So my last ditch effort is to reach out here to see if anyone can fix the blog component of my site or I will transfer it all over to Wordpress where there seems to be a multitude of people who can help and it's a platform I have found more user friendly.

I'd be willing to give it a look and see if it's something simple. Sorry that you're not finding concrete5 user friendly, in my experience it's been easier for me to do things in c5 than wordpress and the core is a lot more secure.

For reference, I can show you the blog that I created using concrete5 v8. It's powered by a react.js frontend for doing all the filtering and searching.
