I need help troubleshooting a domain name change in 5.7

Hi, I built a new website for a non-profit under an addon domain: adoptatb.com. Now we are ready to move it to our primary domain: friendsofferdinand.com. It's not working and I can't sort out what to do next. I'd like to get some help making the transition.
