Implement new website using existing design & pixel theme

I've got a new website to deploy and I've already had my designer churn out the front-end HTML/CSS.

Having played around with the Pixel theme already, I'd like to use that as a base and implement the work I've already had done into that theme.

Is there someone available who has experience with Pixel theme and would be willing to help out?
