Background

We have a website being built into the CMS concrete 5, we have around 30 mini sites within the site for our franchisee’s who each have their own area ie Leicester or Newcastle, they are able to login and edit and update their own pages.

The site gives users the ability to book onto classes, events and camps at different schools around the country.

We currently use an infusionsoft CRM payment form to take the bookings.

We are looking to add to and streamline our processes to a more automated system by giving our Franchisee’s the ability to add their own class times, the user to be able to search the for their school or area and then choose and book a class which populates a tag or identifier in the CRM.


Website Functionality We Require

1 - User hits the website and searches for their school by name, area or postcode

2 - Search results are filtered with the closest first with an image and address shown. They have a button on each school saying “Book a class” which takes them through to a calendar for that school to choose the class date they wish to attend.

3 - The calendar needs to be populated somehow by the area managers (franchisees), either logging into their area of the site, inputting the details and then publishing them to the live site or editing a spreadsheet which will populate the calendar.

4 - Once they’ve selected the class to book they will be moved to an order form, we need the payment side to talk to the CRM and notify the area owner as well as “headoffice” that there has been a booking at which school and all relevant details. There needs to then be an area tag or some kind of unique identification for that area applied to the CRM so we can track and manage reports etc.

We are open to this being done either by using an ecommerce pluggin or using an infusion form.

If you feel you are able to take this project on, match and exceed our expectations please give us a breakdown of how you will be tackling the problem. We are not interested in changing systems so please don’t recommend to us that we change our CMS or CRM. If you can’t do the work please don’t apply.

We would like to see previous examples of similar work or working demo’s of an integration between a booking process and a CRM if you have no direct experience working with Infusion soft.

Yeah we now have a working solution. A little rough around the edges but still being polished up.
