Installation of C5 and launching a template

Hi, we would like someone to help installing C5 on our own server. We need specs, what should be installed and then the install of C5 and on top installation of a template. The template should be custom modified after purchase, so it suits our needs better. Then we would allso like a Blog added and a Contact us form.
