Looking for a Concrete5 Designer

We're a nonprofit organization with a concrete5 website. Our webiste needs to be moved to a new host. Additionally, we have other work we'd like done, specifically the following:
-Update our website to the current version of concrete5
-Create a new template (we've already designed it visually, but need someone who can program it into concrete)
- Add a new blog plugin
- Add a calendar feature
We have a limited budget but we do have someone to spend.
