Must have experience modifying Addons, such as the Discussion Forum. Must be able to use a Searchbox with the curser inside by default, and the Search must be able to really find site content that matches the query.

Anonymous users will have very limited access, while Members will have full access to site contents, features, and publishing. The site won't use sidebars, avatars, images, animation, videos, or advertisements.

The site requires a few simple themes, that are each site wide.

The site needs to remember each members settings on a personal preferences page.

The site will mainly use text and links, along with any necessary customizations.
