Menu and mobile issues with a site

looking for someone who can fix these issues:
1: Different computers are getting two different versions of the Website the menus should not turn into drop downs until the screen is at mobile friendly or tablet size.


2: Drop down menu: option for At Home doesn’t work.

3. Search Option does not work
this is the site i need someone to fix it
