Real-estate site development 60% complete, but need to Customize a c5 Add-on. License already purchased. Technically works, but is lacking in documentation or support from add-on developer.

Ideally, we'd like to build on what we've already got, but will consider starting over—if it means we come out with a better product in a more efficient way.

Required front-end features:
- displaying featured listing highlight image on home page
- displaying a recent listing excerpt on home page

- Customized search form (front end code already developed, just needs to be paired with functionality)
- Listings search results display excerpts properly
- Listings detail page displays properly
- Blog customization

Required back-end features:
- Data entry UI (already exists through current add-on)
- Add highlight image feature to add-on, import to home page
- XML Import records/script?
- SEO URLs
