PSD design converted to Concrete5 template

Hello,
Looking for someone reliable to work with, potentially on-going.
After the conversion of psd designs setup as a Concrete5 template - will supply the graphics sliced and ready to insert into the framework and can also supply the bones of the theme that just needs adapting to suit each client/design/project.
After someone to code just the landing home page, internal template php files alongside CSS and Bootstrap. We will use those as a template for the rest of the website build.
