I'm looking to have something made as a building tool for c5. Currently, you can manually add sections and editable regions via the theme files. I'm looking to have an easy tool to add a new section to a page with the ability to add a class to that section.

I know about the layout tool, but it doesn't do what I'm looking for.

A breakdown of what I'm looking for:

- In an editable region, have a tool that adds a <section>
- ability to add a class to that section
- ability to add layouts to that section
- can add as many times to add as many sections on the page as needed.

What would this take?
What can you do this for $ wise?
What type of turnaround?
