Update Existing C5 Site

I need someone to update an existing site, will require a little HTML/CSS, some PHP, need to take a layout designed for 3 callouts, and make it work with 5, and update the content on the site.
Should not take an experienced developer more than 8 hours, willing to pay up to $50/hr for this job. Need job completed by end 1/24 at latest. More detail available after NDA has been signed.
