Urgent - We require an experienced C5 developer to customize an existing Add-on (Jobs Board)

I need to have the add-on customized to enable employers to register their companies and submit job opportunities from the front-end of the website. Once they complete the registration and post a new listing, we need to receive a notification email and we will verify everything from the admin panel before we approve it to be published live. The new fields that I require are as follows...

For step 2, you need to replicate all the existing job post field that is currently in the dashboard area to appear in the front-end. Finally, once an applicant submit to apply for a job submitted by a company, I would like to have a copy of the Job Application Form Submission sent automatically to the company email (***)
