Urgent Website not working correctly

We are the manufacture of the Hummingbird Helicopter and need help getting our website fixed. Our website has not been working well for several months. Went down right before Christmas and had someone get it back up and running. (They are a WordPress company and want to redo our website. This is not an option right now.) Looks like a partial CMS update was started and it corrupted several pages. The pages not working are our contact page for customers to reach us and our newsletter page. These are the ones we are aware of not sure what else might be going on. We need to get the website fixed and updated to the latest version of Concrete . The website is hosted by Arvixe but they have not been any help. The person who was doing the website left in January 2016, and I do not know how to do updates etc. Please can someone help us.
