Advanced Forms Reporting

I am using Advanced forms for a contact form for multiple properties on a rental site. However, I need to expand the report area quite a bit! I need to allow site admin to pull and sort reports by property. As well as having the ability to allow each property owner to login and get ONLY their own reports.
Has anyone done anything like this before?
