delete cache files in the files/cache folder

I need to clear off space on my server and I have a lot of files in the files/cache folder. Many files going back to 2014. Does anyone have any knowledge of what to delete in this folder or can I delete whatever?

I want to make sure I'm not deleting anything important. I have attached a screen shot of some of the files in the folder.

You can delete everything in the cache folder.

These are created by concrete5 to store cache files, full page cache, css cache, etc. When you delete them the site will just regenerate the ones it needs.
