Get a notification when there is an update (core and add-ons)

Hi!
Is there a way to automatically send a notification to the admin of a site, when a new update is released?
Ideally, I would like to get an E-Mail from every concrete 5 installation I have when
a) a Add-on needs to be updated
b) the concrete 5 intsllation can be updated
I'm sure, there must be something like this in the backend of the site, but I cant find it.
