Password Reset Notification

Hi,
I believe this has some solution somewhere within the concrete5. C5 lets the Admin to reset the password of other users like every other portal kinds work. But I wonder, why there is no option given directly to notify the user about the reset of his/her accounts password.
Is there anything out,which I am not aware of. I request to help me on this.
