Returned Paypal outpayment

I forgot to 'accept' a Paypal outpayment on May 5th so it got sucked back in to the C5 account but can't see where I should send an email to in order to get the cash sent back to me again.

The amount hasn't automatically reappeared in the Marketplace account and sending an email to the Paypal address didn't get me anywhere (didn't really expect it to be monitored).

How can I get the payment re-sent?

Thanks Willem, I thought about dropping a note to Frz but didn't want to bother him if there were a better channel. Will do!
