Special Offers with more than one addon

Hello,

Not sure if this is the best place to ask this. We wanted to create some special offers where customers who had previously purchased one of our themes could get 10% off another one of our themes.

We created an offer like this:

https://www.concrete5.org/offers/-/c21hqjauwhy2/...

10% off Achillea or Seren Theme if you have previously purchased Salix Theme for concrete5 v 5.7.x

Below this it says the items (both Achillea and Seren theme) and totals them together. But we want the offer to be that they can get 10% off Achillea OR Seren, i.e. they don't have to buy BOTH to get the discount. Will this work or do we have to create a different offer with each marketplace involved, so that they don't have to buy two themes to get the discount?

Thanks,

Jennifer

There isn't support for doing that directly.

The closest work round is to create a separate 10% offer for each. When someone buys A, send them the offer code for B in the 'thanks' message, and vice-versa. Not a very good solution and the offer codes are then open to onward abuse, but that is about the best you can achieve with current marketplace tools.

Yes, it is hard to test it without actually buying the theme yourself, but from my view as someone who hasn't purchased one of the themes, it looks like the user has to buy both products to get the discount. I was trying to be efficient, but seems like I will need to go back to the old way and just add a special offer per add on.

Thanks,
