Submit to marketplace currently broken

'Submit to marketplace' and a bunch of other marketplace management functionality is currently broken.
Portland Labs have been notified.
Someone will post here once its all back in action.

Unfortunately this breakage means that over the last few days some packages have slipped into the marketplace unapproved. These packages will be moved back to review as soon as the system is fixed.
