Community Connection : Invalid site URL

Hi,

I cannot connect to the community. I am registered, but i always get "Invalid site URL".

The site name was entered at "system and settings", Problem is still there.
Does this have to have a certain form or fulfill a given requirement?

The attempt to unpack a theme manually under concrete / themes does not show me anything new to choose or activate.

Need help :-(

Hi RatinaZ,

you should put your theme at ROOT / applications / themes.
Everything you customized should be put there as an override to the core ( / concrete ).

The requirements for themes can be found here:

Hi,

thanks for your answer but after changing the directory for the files, the Theme is still not shown in my Dashboard.

I don`t want to create something new at the moment, it was a Download from your site.
Connection also not possible, still frustrating.

Greetings, Barbara

What is the structure of the theme? Can you explain what is in the folder and where you put it? If it's a package for installation, it should be placed at ROOT / packages and install as a regular addon first, then it should show up in themes for activation.
Regarding the connection to the community, I don't have enough information to help. Can you be more specific, share a bit more info about your installation environment?

P.S. I'm not affiliated with Concrete5

Yeah, now it works! :-)

I had downloaded a Free Theme .Zip, unpacked it and wanted to install on my site, so I can change the Themes. Packages was the right folder, now it was shown there.

Thank you very much!
