Convert a standard HTML page to a Concrete theme

Guys, Can I convert my own standard HTML website pages into Concrete pages? I have been round the site but cannot find a clear answer. It would be great if I could as the selection of themes is currently quite small.

Yes, it's very easy to port an HTML theme to concrete5. Check out this tutorial:
