I have a theme that I have already designed with html/css and look and feel, but as I am not a .css coder I need the theme polished up and I also have some blocks that I want to be corrected, and I want my .css to be polished up and standardize for easy updating.

kinda sounds like a though job (cleaning up a mess ;-) ).
