Elegancia Onyx Theme Help?

I'm fairly new to concrete5. I just bought the Elegancia Onyx theme due to the fact that the preview looked very nice and the showcased websites looked nice as well. My only problem is that when I activated it, the theme looked nothing like what was advertised.
Is there any way that I can just use the theme they displayed on their page and then tweak that to fit my website's niche, or would I have to go through hours of tedious editing to get it to look like they did?

As myTooq pointed out the theme comes as a blank canvas (as do 99% of Concrete5 marketplace themes) we do provide comprehensive video instructions, to enable you to build your theme as per the demo site, you can find the documentation here:

Themes are shipped this way so you can just add the content you want/need, if the full demo site was shipped you would find yourself spending many hours changing and removing content that was not needed or wanted.
