How to edit the font size in forms?

It looks very bad in my site that the forms are having fontsize greater than the content. Can i set the font size in forms? Please help.
Get firefox, install the addon Firebug. Use the select tool of it, click on the font you want to change. On the right side of firebug you will see the css class or id thats styles the text. Add this class/id to your css and format your text there.
You are a legend Mr Goodfellow. I have been trying to find a Fu*%#g way of changing the font color from white to black in a form I created and could not find where to change it anywhere. This worked perfectly.
1. Click on the form
2. Click Design
3. Under Fonts tab - edit font, size, color...
4. Click Update
