Install Default "populated" site after I Choose Empty Site During the Install?

I installed 5.7 with the empty option. I see that the "default" theme is installed but as expected all blocks and "areas" are empty.

How do install what I would of had if I choose the other option (for a fully enabled website) during the initial C5 install?

and

If I want how do I keep the theme but empty it again like it is now, how do I do that?
