looking for a simple theme for my Truck Cub

Hello all, I am looking for a simple theme for my Truck Cub. I just want a simple theme I can add the club logo to and have a few pages. I made a picture of how I would like it to look in photoshop. is there a theme like this or can this be simply made?

Plenty of Themes available at

Just make sure it is Version 8 Compatible..
