Reinstall after pressing the remove button?

I installed "NEAT" but didn't want to use it at the time so I removed it with remove button. Now i have decided it is what I want. i have extracted the theme back into my packages folder on my server but for some reason Concrete5 isn't seeing it. For some reason NEAT doesn't come up in any search on the "Add Functionality" page either. it's like after removing it from my site concrete5 has banished it forever, NEVER TO RETURN! How do i get my site to see this theme again??

Hi Willem, thanks for your help on the color question. I've been able to get my site working. However I now cant get the site to except any changes. If I change the background color it changes but the when I save to entire site nothing changes. I've tried it on all kinds of settings and nothing works. I've also changed to different themes to see if it's a particular theme but still no joy. Any ideas. This isn't my film site this is my photo 'Addon' site. Does the fact that it's an addon make a difference??
