Theme Building Guide for Concrete 5.7

Hi, is there an existing quick guide on how new themes for 5.7 need to be set up?
In terms of required file structure etc..

I have looked at the core Elemental theme but am not sure if this is a typical theme to use as a guide?

Documentation for 5.7 hasn't been released yet. However, there is a post on at least getting started with some 5.7 development:
