I am setting up a Church website and need a theme with lots of blocks for photos and smaller articles.
Theme doesn't have to have a religious tone. just functional.
Any suggestions of a theme with lots of blocks available for each page.

No theme will limit the number of blocks you can have on a page. Some themes have special types of blocks, or special designs of blocks, but the default ('Elemental') theme and blocks would be sufficient. Have a play with it before spending money.
