Unable to connect to Community from concrete5 site.

Opened an account on Arvixe.com, deleted concrete5 version 5.7, installed c5 version 5.6.3. Now I'm unable to connect my site to the c5 community. I keep getting a CAPTCHA that tells me to enter confirmation code after solving challenge above, but there's no challenge or CAPTCHA image on the pop up. When I enter my username and password, I get an error message "You must specify a site name" and "Your site token must be 64 characters" and I am unable to sign in to my concrete5.org account. I've deleted 5.7 from previous sites and installed version 5.6.3.3 with no problems in the past. Any help is appreciated.

Hi Suzanne,
Sorry I missed your question until now.
Is the problem resolved? If not: Did you manually install 5.6 or did you use the auto-installer (Softaculous)?

It is apparently resolved, no thanks to my efforts! But I did use the Softaculous installer. Thanks!
