Unable to use theme options within dashboard

Upgrade to 5.6.3.3 and it caused the theme to go wonky. Have the theme running again but cannot use the theme options that are within the dashboard. Keeps throwing the error below:

I'm having similar issues. I opened an account on Arvixe.com, deleted concrete5 version 5.7, installed c5 5.6.3. Now I'm unable to connect my site to the c5 community. I keep getting a CAPTCHA that tells me to enter confirmation code after solving challenge above, but there's no challenge on the pop up. When I enter my username and password, I get an error message "You must specify a site name" and "Your site token must be 64 characters" and I am unable to sign in to my concrete5.org account. Any suggestions?

Try this.. Go to root/concrete/single_pages/dashboard and look for a folder called theme_options, if it is there copy the folder and its contents and put the copy in root/updates/concrete5.6.3.3/concrete/single_pages/dashboard/

When you state update, update what? Are you referring to the theme itself or the concrete update to 5.6.3.3?

That should give you root access. Domain is greatdocumentaryinc.com
For concrete : UN= admin PW= Surf!125edit
