5.6.3 - Google Map Block won't take address

Hey all,

Hoping to find some help. I've got a google map block on a client site that stopped working - we tried it in composer and it seemed to work, but then stopped showing the address. I took it out of Composer and deleted all the maps, then tried to just add to a page. No dice.

I've attached an image - basically, if you were to add a GMap block with no address - this is what you'd get.

I added a new Gmap block in /blocks but again - nothing. Any thoughts appreciated.

If you update your site to the newest 5.6.3.2 does this block work? It looks like in the Release Notes they made at least one bug fix to that block in 5.6.3.1

Could you provide a link to the page? Do you have Javascript errors on the page at all? Those will cause weird issues with Google Maps

Currently no Javascript errors listed in the console... The site is behind closed doors as it isn't live yet.

Just experienced the same thing... Maybe this is a Chrome issue as I received this error when editing my site in Chrome. I then tried to edit it in IE11 and encountered no problems and it worked as usual

Did anyone find a fix for the Google Map issue? I have a website that is having the same issue where it is mapping everything in the middle of the Atlantic.

It appears to be a Chrome thing. I switched to Safari and changed the address and it worked perfectly. I haven't tried any other browsers.
