8.0.3 & Clonemental Theme - any way to edit Portfolio Attribute Sets?

I cannot seem to change the portfolio "Skills" attribute values in 8.0.3. I can change the Topics, and Categories, but not the attribute values or sets. I have read the documentation, but it doesn't seem to match the current experience. I spent almost an hour going though all the options with a fine-tooth comb to no avail. I hope it's something simple that I am missing.

Thanks for the advice. I did reinstall C5 using CLI, restored my database, but still can't change the "Task" and "Skills" Portfolio default values. It has occurred to me that possibly I don't know how to edit those...
I am going to create a 5.7.x site using the same template to see if that behaves differently for me.

Solved. Combination of bad install, and some missing knowledge.

I was able to add and edit Skills attribute values. After saving the changes, they were reflected on existing pages and when the attribute was applied to new pages.
Based on your other posts, I believe your installation was not complete.
Have you tried installing v8 using the command line?
